if it doesn’t feel good…forget about it

We often say ‘yes’ to things we wish we had said ‘no’ to.

And then continue to do those things, until next thing you know it’s been 10 years and you’ve been living with a routine or a relationship that you don’t particularly enjoy because you feel trapped, or guilty, or powerless to change it.  

Only take action when the choice feels good to you, when the choice brings relief, when you feel the weight lifted from your shoulders. You have all the time in the world. Don’t force it, and the answer will present itself to you.

Just take the first step - listen.

Listen, then do. Listen, then do.
