HELD ON SUNDAY’S BETWEEN 10AM-NOON, IT’S THE PERFECT GATHERING FOR ANYONE WANTING A LIL’ ‘FEEL GOOD PICK-ME-UP’.

If you would like to get together with your friends in a fun and interesting way, Ken and I would love to join you! Maybe it’s a group friends from yoga, or work, or mtn. biking, skiing, or better yet, surfing! Whatever the connection, this event will inspire and motivate you to change your mind & heart about how you see the world (and your place in it).

How It works:

  • speaking portion is approx. 45 minutes (same topics as mentioned below, which include a guided meditation and time for Q&A).

  • followed by brunch (healthy, vibrant menu agreed upon and organized together). The brunch menu will consist of foods that align with the topic of discussion - to aid in the cleansing and healing process.
